Purchase of DigiStitches LLC designs is a license to use my designs, however DigiStitches LLC retains all ownership of designs and the contents of the design file. This license does not allow duplication in any form. Any alterations of my designs (except resizing and converting) including any form of sharing, loaning, copying, duplicating, re-selling or any other transfer of my designs, whether purchased or a free design) is strictly prohibited. This means the license is for ONE person only. You CAN NOT loan or share the design (s) with your friends, family or production employees.

You MAY combine my design with other designs and/ or fonts. You MAY NOT dissect the design to use only pieces or parts of the original design. You MAY NOT dissect the design to use only pieces and parts of the original design to create a new design.

We cannot guarantee the integrity of a stitch out if any alteration is made to the design (including rotating, editing and/or resizing).

Only the original purchaser is allowed to use the emboidered design on items for personal use, items for gifting, or selling of those items in limited quantities (300 items or less). If you sell/ and or make with my designs you assume any and all all liability for the selling of the item. Any warning information included in the instructions should be clearly marked on a hang tag securely attached to the item, whether the item is made as a gift or for sale.

If you sell an item you make with any of my designs please put a clearly visible notice (Design by www.DigiStitches.com  ©2007) on your web site under the description of the item for sale in a font size that is clearly legible. This would be a font size of "small" (but at least 12 point) on most web site editors. A tag must also be attached to the completed project that says: Design by DigiStitches Co. LLC ©2007. The font size for the tag can be a small as you would like as long as it is legible.

Freebie designs may NOT be used on items that you sell. If you would like to use a Freebie design on an item you sell please contact me at DigiStitches@Columbus.rr.com

If you are teaching a class using one of my designs, regardless of whether it is purchased or a free design, you must have permission from DigiStitches LLC. Please be aware that each student will need to purchase the design or in the case of a free design, each student will need to come to the web site and download the design. Copies of designs are strictly prohibited.

No other permission is given either in writing, expressed or implied.

All Sales are final. Any defective file (s) will be replaced.

Alll photos and descriptions of designs on the web site are copyrighted and are for the sole use of DigiStitches LLC. You may not use any of the photos and/ or the descriptions found on my web site.

DigiStitches LLC may at any time, without notice to you, change or update this copyright/ terms and conditions. Purchasing a design is an acknowledgement that you agree with these terms and condiitons. For the most update copyright please refer to this page.

A note to digitizers: If you are purchasing my designs, you must have permission from me prior to making a purchase.You MAY use the designs for your own personal use, in  accordance to the terms and conditions listed above. You MAY NOT purchase, or download freebie design (s) to watch how they stitch out and base your designs off of my original designs. You MAY NOT dissect the design to use only pieces and parts of the original design to create a new design and claim the new design as your own. You may not display my designs and or/ the finished projects made with them on your web site without prior consent. If you are caught re-selling my designs, either in their original format, or in an altered and/or edited format YOU WILL HEAR FROM MY ATTORNEY. I add several digital signatures to my designs so they are easily recognizable as mine.
